The soldier was identified as Sgt. Devin A. Seibel, a 26-year-old from Robinson, Texas. Officials said he died on May 31 while stationed at Erbil Air Base, where he was serving in support of Operation Inherent Resolve, the US-led mission focused on combating the Daesh/ISIS terrorist group.
